About the book

Nora Vale spent her career as a homicide detective in Mercer, Arizona. Now she is retired, licensed as a private investigator, and working for the defense, where every record she once trusted has to be checked again.

Her first case on the other side of the courtroom puts her face to face with the department she served, the partner she still misses, and a question that won’t let her go: what if the police stopped looking too soon?

The Other Suspect is the first Nora Vale legal thriller, a story about alibis, records, and writing down only what you can stand behind.
