Welcome to Pony Tale Publishing.

Pony Tale Publishing is Christine Burke’s publishing company, bringing together fiction and nonfiction for readers who enjoy a good question as much as a good story.

From Nikki Hunt’s private investigations to genetic genealogy mysteries and practical guides, our bookshelf makes room for both imagination and discovery. Christine also writes the Nikki Hunt series under the pen name Cassandra Price.

Meet Christine Burke

Christine is an author, retired police detective and patrol sergeant, private investigator, instructor, and forensic genetic genealogist. Her professional life has centered on investigations, evidence, and helping people understand complex information.

In her fiction, that experience becomes a world of clues and connections. In her nonfiction, it informs practical explanations for readers navigating unfamiliar subjects.
